Direct Cremation Pre-Arrangement

Thank you for choosing to purchase your Direct Cremation prearrangement with Griffith-Cline Funeral and Cremation Services.

The following services and merchandise are included in the total price listed.

Direct Cremation (includes Private Family Viewing*)

1. Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff:
2. Transfer of Deceased from place of death to funeral home
3. Private Family Viewing (if condition of the deceased allows)*
4. Refrigeration (According to Florida law, all unembalmed bodies must be refrigerated 24 hours from death.)
5. Heavy-duty Cardboard Alternative Container (According to Florida law, all bodies to be cremated must be contained within their own rigid, leak-proof, combustible cremation container.  The heavy-duty cardboard alternative containers we use meet these specifications.)
6. Cremation fee (on-site crematory)
7. Staff/Errand Vehicle
8. Cremated remains returned in Temporary Cardboard Container
9. Placement of death notice in local newspaper.

*Private Family Viewing of unembalmed remains is restricted to immediate family members (Spouse, Children, Parents, Sisters/Brothers) and limited to a maximum period of 15 minutes.  Private Family Viewing is scheduled between the hours of 9 AM - 3 PM, Monday through Friday.

To process your Direct Cremation Prearrangement Contract, you will need to complete the following steps.

1. Click the SUBMIT button.  By clicking the SUBMIT button below you acknowledge that you have received a copy of our current General Price List (available as a pdf download HERE), and will initiate a Prearrangement Contract with Funeral Services, Incorporated (FSI), our Preneed Licensee, which will hold and protect your money until it is needed at passing in the future.  The transfer to FSI usually takes less than 30 seconds.
2. Enter relevant personal data as required.  You will also be required to submit credit card data to finalize the contract.  Data submitted is transmitted securely.  Once submitted, however, your credit card will be charged immediately.
