Zane L KyleOctober 11, 1925 ~ October 28, 2017 (age 92)
Zane L. Kyle, age 92, passed away on 10/28/17 after a long illness. Zane was born in Pennsylvania where he resided until enlisting in the United States Navy during WWII. Upon his honorable discharge at the war’s end, he settled in Bel Air, Md. where he was employed by the Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. As an avid tennis player, he was also part owner of an indoor tennis club in Bel Air.
Upon retirement, Zane moved to Bradenton, Fla. with his wife Barbara, a retired elementary school principal. His passion for tennis continued undiminished until he reached his late 80s. He was also a talented watercolor artist and enjoyed music. He sang in various barbershop groups and choirs throughout his lifetime. As a very friendly and outgoing man, he enjoyed social gatherings and just being around others.
Zane was predeceased by his wife of 67 years, Barbara Kyle. He is survived by his daughter Marsha Parrish and husband Dan, as well as his grandson, Christopher.
